Vaccine Inventory Management

Last updated: November 19, 2024

Effective vaccine inventory management is essential for ensuring availability, reducing waste, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Canvas simplifies this process with an integrated inventory system that allows providers to track stock levels, monitor expiration dates, and document administration in real time.

Documenting Vaccines and Vaccine Lots

There are two admin pages to be aware of for this workflow --- our vaccine and vaccine lots setting pages.

Benefits of Vaccine Inventory Management

  • Accuracy: Tracks real-time stock levels and administration.

  • Compliance: Ensures adherence to healthcare regulations.

  • Efficiency: Simplifies vaccine setup and reduces errors in documentation.
