The Plan command is available to create a narrative of your visit plan.

Q: I made a mistake, how do I remove this command?
A: Commands can be entered in error, but not deleted. Please review the Entering a Command in Error document for more information.
Step by Step:
This process begins with an open note of the patient chart.
Type "plan" into a blank line within the note
Select the command by pressing Enter on the keyboard and the cursor will default into the open line for free text entry.
Enter any text outlining your plan for the patient.
TIP: Use Enter/Return on the keyboard to move the cursor to a new line.
Click RECORD to commit the command.
